Personal training Qigong stands for healing, personal growth and improvement of health. In the private lesson, the exercises of the chosen teaching program are gone through in detail and the corresponding theory is explained. To practice at home, a practice program of 15, 30 or 60 minutes is created. The videos on YouTube give an impression of the exercises.

- Zhineng Qigong level 2 : Body & Mind Method, exercises to open all joints.
- High Sensitivity & Qigong : The 7 exercises focused on the most common complaints of high sensitivity.
- Qigong for relaxation in neck, shoulders and back : Taiji bal, Core Improvement Method, Squats, Caterpillar, Chen Chi
- A choice of the following exercises : The Self Awareness Method, Taiji ball, Core Improvement Method, Chen Chi, La Chi, Merging Heaven & Earth, Crane’s Walk.
- Qigong for starters.
