Healing Qigong – message

Healing Qigong involves practicing with Qi to heal the body and mind. The result is a healthy and flexible body, a strong immune system, and a clear, calm mind.

Healing Qigong consists of a series of exercises performed in a specific sequence, a form, in which you open all the meridians and allow the Qi to flow freely again. Blockages and stagnations in the body and mind dissolve.  

The body’s self-healing capacity is strengthened through the practice of Qigong. This gives illness, pain, and injuries a better opportunity to heal. 

Healing Qigong has a preventive effect; by practicing daily, the Qi continues to flow freely, so that disturbances caused by emotions or external factors have less impact on us. 

Healing Qigong is for everyone, with or without experience. It is a good form to start with. Healing Qigong can be practiced sitting, standing, or in the mind.
