Workshop – Inner peace and grounding through drawing in meditation

In this workshop, you will learn the relaxing and energetic exercise: Drawing in meditation. Anyone can do this exercise, with or without creative experience. It is especially suitable for sensitive people who are easily overstimulated or for those who have difficulty falling asleep.

This energetic exercise teaches you to clear your mind and calm your spirit. It helps you to ground yourself and free your energy system from unnecessary stimuli. In the workshop, you will also learn about grounding, regulating stimuli and bringing yourself back into balance when you need it.

The exercise: Drawing in meditation was designed by me and is based on the healing principles of working with the circle, the subconscious and Qigong exercises.

Most importantly, it is a simple, enjoyable exercise that anyone can learn and apply at any time. It is a nice exercise to do with your partner and/or children. In 20 minutes, you will feel calm, balanced, grounded and fit and free to start the day or calm enough to go to sleep.

This workshop is given in a small group of up to four people.
